This page is about personal data you give us on clarioo.no. It is not about data inside the Clario system, which is covered by the agreement we sign with your business.
Who is responsible
Clario is the data controller for what you send here. You can reach us at kian@clarioo.no or +47 479 45 769.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, what you are interested in, and your message.
We collect nothing else about you when you visit the site.
What we use it for
We use it to answer you and to follow up on a possible agreement. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and steps towards a contract if you ask for a quote.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have said yes.
How long we keep it
If nothing comes of it, we delete the enquiry within twelve months. If you become a customer, retention follows the customer agreement.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for tracking or analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send an email to kian@clarioo.no and we will sort it.
If you think we are handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
